While blowing out the candles Bruce was looking ecstatic and the whole family was singing the happy birthday song together.

“Happy birthday, BW! So glad we could celebrate you today. Love you and love our family. Thank you to everyone for the love and warm wishes — we all feel them,” Moore wrote under her video.

Willis’s second wife named Emma Hemming Willis  posted on her Instagram story a close-up photo of his second-favorite apple pie and wrote,

“I tried to get a pumpkin pie, but that was a no-go. Apple pie is his second favorite.”

While posting a throwback video on her Instagram feed, the 44-year-old model wished her lovely husband.

“He is pure love. He is so loved. And I’ll be loving him always. Happy Birthday my sweet,” Emma wrote. “My birthday wish for Bruce is that you continue to keep him in your prayers and highest vibrations because his sensitive Pisces soul will feel it. Thank you so much for loving and caring for him too.”

The previous month, Bruce’s family shared a painful new update regarding his condition and diagnoses with his fans.

Willi’s elder daughter revealed in an Instagram post that her father has been diagnosed with untreatable frontotemporal dementia (FTD).

“Our family wanted to start by expressing our deepest gratitude for the incredible outpouring of love, support and wonderful stories we have all received since sharing Bruce’s original diagnosis. In the spirit of that, we wanted to give you an update about our beloved husband, father and friend since we now have a deeper understanding of what he is experiencing,” she wrote in the caption.

“Since we announced Bruce’s diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce’s condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD). Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis.”

The blended family of the Hollywood star said thanks to all his fans and well-wishers who showed love and concerned towards the Die Hard actor and requests them to pray for his health.

Bruce’s family includes his ex-wife Demi Moore, second wife named Emma Hemming Willis, and his three daughters named Rumer, Tallulah, and Scout shared a whole statement about the star’s recent diagnosis and shared it on The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration’s website.

“FTD is a cruel disease that many of us have never heard of and can strike anyone. For people under 60, FTD is the most common form of dementia, and because getting the diagnosis can take years, FTD is likely much more prevalent than we know. Today there are no treatments for the disease, a reality that we hope can change in the years ahead,” they wrote in the post.

“As Bruce’s condition advances, we hope that any media attention can be focused on shining a light on this disease that needs far more awareness and research.”

They added, “Bruce always believed in using his voice in the world to help others, and to raise awareness about important issues both publicly and privately. We know in our hearts that – if he could today — he would want to respond by bringing global attention and a connectedness with those who are also dealing with this debilitating disease and how it impacts so many individuals and their families.”

On March 2022, Bruce’s family revealed that he stepped away from his acting career as the actor was going through aphasia which is a brain condition that impacted his cognitive abilities.

“To Bruce’s amazing supporters, as a family, we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities.”

In an Instagram update Willis’s daughters shared, “As a result of this and with much consideration, Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him.”

In their combined Instagram posts, his family asked all of his fans to pray for him. They also said that this is a very tough time for them that’s why they want everyone to respect their privacy.

“This is a really challenging time for our family, and we are so appreciative of your continued love, compassion, and support.”

“We are moving through this as a strong family unit and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him.”

They concluded the post with a positive note and said,

“As Bruce always says, ‘Live it up,’ together, we plan to do just that.”
