Harry Potter Actor Robbie Coltrane Died at the age of 72

Harry Potter and Cracker actor named Robbie Coltrane has died at the age of 72 on 14th October.

The actor who appeared as Rubeus Hargid in the Harry Potter, recently passed away. On Friday, his agent Belinda Wright issued a statement and confirmed the news of his death.

She wrote in her statement with a heavy heart “On Friday October 14, my friend and client Robbie Coltrane OBE passed away.

No doubt Robbie was a unique person with immense talent. He also got the Guinness Book of Records award for his appearance of Fitz in Granada TV’s Cracker series along with Sir Michael Gambon in these years including 1995, 1995 and 1996.

Robbie’s most everlasting role will be in the Harry Potter films as Hargid, this role entertained children and adults for almost 20 years.

His career has been spanning over four decades and still remarkable. All the roles he  played in various iconic films and television series like Harry Potter franchise, James Bond and Trainspotting received immense love from the people.

Robbie Coltrane came to fame in the early 1980s with his amazing role in the Harry Potter franchise as Rubeus Hagrid. He is one of the most beloved actors of Britain. Furthermore he also appeared in some James Bond films and his breakout performance was unforgettable in The World in Not Enough as Valentin Zukovsky.

Robbie also worked in many notable films in which Trainspotting, The Fifth Element and From Russia with Love are included. As everyone knows that Coltrane had a great television career also because of his noticeable performance in Cracker, Taggart and Blackadder series.

There is no doubt that he was one of the most hardworking and respectable actor of our time who entertained people over the world with his rocking acting skills by working in multiple genres he proved himself as a successful actor. Recently Coltrane was appeared in the BBC series named The Casual Vacancy.
